Hyderabad: Residential property prices in Hyderabad are on the rise.
According to Knight Frank Global Residential Cities Index, Q3 2018, the residential prices in Hyderabad has registered an increase by 18.6% in the last one year. With this increase, Hyderabad now ranks 4th in the list of 150 global cities covered in the survey.
As per the survey, Xian city of China is on the top with 20% increase followed by Ahmedabad with 19.6% and Budapest with 19%. Bengaluru is on 5th place after Hyderabad with 18.3%. “Xi’an is joined by five other Asian cities in the top ten rankings this quarter, including Hong Kong and four Indian cities,” the survey report said.
